• Use quantitative analysis and data mining to understand how customers use Monzo’s products. • Turn insights into recommendations that shape product strategy. • Help product teams measure what matters and run A/B experiments. • Build a company-wide understanding of customer lifetime value with Finance. • Show how product features affect customer profitability. • Work with engineers to make sure the right data is collected.
