AI Researcher, Bolter

• Show a track record of applied AI/ML research, ideally in LLM applications, agentic systems, evals or production AI reliability. • Design and analyse experiments rigorously and read results honestly. • Bring strong engineering fundamentals to prototype your own experiments. • Know LLMs, tool use, context management and agent failure modes deeply. • Write clearly so research gets understood and acted on. • Know when a finding is strong enough to act on. • Work comfortably with ambiguity and problems without textbook answers. • Use AI agents as a force multiplier in a lean team.

• Bring experience with LLM evals, hallucination mitigation or production AI reliability at scale. • Show experience building or evaluating agentic systems, tool use or autonomous workflows. • Share a public track record of papers, open source, blog posts or side projects. • Bring experience in product-led research where the output is a shipped feature.
