• Identify the data points and events needed to launch brand new journeys tailored to EU markets.
• Act as subject matter expert across all product areas and primary CRM contact for EU-based and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate data insights into actionable opportunities, optimising existing campaigns and prioritising what to build next.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, legal, compliance, and the wider marketing team so campaigns stay compliant, well-targeted, and commercially aligned.
