Senior Enterprise Account Executive

• Bring 4+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market. • Demonstrate a proven ability to grow accounts and run a complex sales process to Enterprise clients. • Have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. • Articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. • Be skilled in building business champions. • Be driven, competitive, and possess a strong desire to be successful.

• Be passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database). • Have previous Sales Methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales. • Bring familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technology.

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline. • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users. • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities. • Partner with Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction. • Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximise deal sizes. • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programmes.
