Head of Product, AI Enablement

• Bring experience running product organisations as a product leader. • Understand in practical terms where AI creates leverage and where it’s a distraction. • Think in business impact first and technology second. • Defend a roadmap in P&L terms as well as in product reviews. • Go deep enough on data, APIs and model capability to earn engineering’s trust. • Show a track record of hiring and developing product talent that ships.

• Bring experience in AdTech, affiliate marketing or marketplace platforms. • Show experience making build-versus-buy decisions for AI tooling. • Bring experience shipping AI-enabled products with measurable adoption. • Show experience working with executive leadership on investment cases.

• Define where AI genuinely changes the economics or experience of Awin’s product. • Turn AI capability into a prioritised, sequenced roadmap with clear outcomes. • Judge every initiative on measurable impact such as adoption, efficiency or revenue. • Align AI investment with company priorities alongside executive leadership. • Hire and develop a product team, owning people and budget. • Make disciplined build-versus-buy calls based on opportunity cost. • Drive real adoption of AI capabilities by internal and external users.
