📋 Job Requirements
• Bring significant experience growing market research services, insights consulting or research technology businesses.
• Show ownership of commercial outcomes in those businesses.
• Bring a very strong network of market research buyers and practitioners you can activate from day one.
• Show deep market research expertise across qual and quant methods, study design and how insights teams buy.
• Understand how AI can improve every step of the research process, and use it daily.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Define and co-own go-to-market strategy for the Market Research service, including positioning, packaging, pricing and segments.
• Shape the offering with the Head of Market Research around what insights buyers need.
• Set the metrics, forecasts and operating cadence for a new line of business.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified pipeline through enablement, playbooks and outbound plays.
• Activate your own market research network to open doors with insights leaders.
• Manage opportunities through scoping, proposals, pricing, negotiation and close.
• Partner with Marketing to build Maze’s presence in the market research category.
• Represent Maze at industry events and turn early wins into stories and references.
• Feed market needs back into the service and platform roadmap.
• Help shape the team and playbook as the service scales.
