Product Marketing Manager

• Join Linear, the product development system for teams and agents, as a Product Marketing Manager. • Shape how Linear’s products are brought to market and understood by customers. • Turn technically sophisticated product work into clear narratives and strong launches. • Work across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Sales and Marketing in a hands-on role. • Own surfaces from in-product copy and changelogs to enablement and launch communications. • Work remotely from anywhere in the UK or North America, with optional co-working in London.

• Write exceptionally well, with strong editorial judgement that makes complex ideas clear. • Build positioning and messaging grounded in customer problems, product truth and differentiation. • Manage projects well and track large amounts of detail. • Go deep on product details and earn credibility with Product, Engineering and Design. • Work autonomously while keeping a high quality bar. • Be based in the UK or North America.

• Bring product marketing experience at a developer tools or B2B SaaS company. • Know Linear or similar product development tools. • Show experience launching AI-powered product features. • Bring experience creating sales enablement materials.

• Develop positioning, messaging and narratives for feature releases and key launches. • Refine how products are presented in-product and externally with Product, Engineering and Design. • Create launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, enablement, email and social copy. • Equip Sales, CX and other customer-facing teams to communicate launches well. • Feed customer insight and market context back into product and launch decisions.
