Account Executive, Growth (EMEA)

• Join Linear as an Account Executive, Growth (EMEA), working hybrid from London 3 days a week. • Help build a product-led sales motion on top of Linear's existing self-serve business. • Work with high-impact companies to help them plan, build and ship better software. • Contribute to the future of the product by surfacing customer feedback to the product team. • Collaborate in person with Linear's growing sales presence in the region from the Shoreditch office. • Join a company that has grown organically to more than 50,000 customers, including OpenAI, Coinbase and Ramp.

• Bring 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role. • Show experience selling to a technical audience. • Have SaaS and startup experience and be comfortable adapting in a fast-paced environment. • Use strong written and verbal communication, presentation and product demonstration skills. • Work autonomously with a bias for action. • Show an owner's mindset to get up to speed quickly on the product, market, ICP and differentiators.

• Have previous experience working with a collaboration or developer tool. • Show a track record of selling into technical teams such as engineering and product. • Bring experience of product-led or self-serve to sales-assisted motions. • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends in software development tools.

• Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively. • Assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase. • Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual targets. • Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts. • Stay up to date with the product, industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies. • Advocate for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to the product team.
