Web3 Product Marketing Manager, DEX

• Shape how a decentralised exchange (DEX) shows up in the world, working within Improbable's Somnia venture. • Work on a next-generation blockchain for real-time, large-scale applications, designed to overcome the speed and cost limitations of traditional blockchain infrastructure. • Work closely with Product and the Head of Marketing to shape positioning, growth, and how the product is talked about in the market. • This is a hands-on role for someone who understands onchain trading and its audiences deeply, from alpha groups and trading communities to professional traders. • Available fully remote internationally.

• Have solid experience in product marketing or a related role, including meaningful hands-on experience in Web3, consumer fintech, or trading products. • Have experience with retail trading products or exchanges (DEX or CEX), and a genuine understanding of how order books and derivatives or perps work. • Have a track record of leading product launches end to end, with measurable results. • Have proven ability to own positioning and messaging for a product or protocol and execute go-to-market campaigns across channels. • Have a strong grasp of crypto-native culture and communities, including X, Discord, and Web3 platforms. • Be highly analytical, comfortable defining and tracking growth, retention, and adoption metrics. • Be comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment with significant ownership.

• Have experience specifically with onchain derivatives or perpetuals trading platforms. • Have experience with community-driven growth tactics such as leaderboards, yield-based rebates, and referral mechanics. • Have experience marketing EVM-compatible blockchain products. • Have experience simplifying technical product narratives for audiences new to onchain trading. • Have experience working within a venture studio or venture-building environment.

• Own positioning and messaging across core audiences, including alpha groups, trading communities, and professional traders. • Craft a clear differentiation story grounded in the product's strengths, and simplify a technical product narrative for both experienced traders and newcomers. • Lead go-to-market activity for launches, product capabilities, and ecosystem features, from brief through to post-launch measurement. • Act as the team's expert on the onchain derivatives and trading landscape, including trends, trader insights, and market takeaways. • Turn market intelligence into positioning, product recommendations, and growth tactics. • Support adoption and retention through tactics such as community leaderboards, yield-based rebates, and referral mechanics.
