Founders Associate, Bolter

• Bring experience in venture building, early-stage startups or founder’s office roles. • Show experience supporting fundraising, partnerships or GTM at an early stage. • Bring experience with AI products or fast-moving technical environments. • Show a bias towards building trackers, dashboards and tools rather than just managing.

• Own workstreams end to end, from strategy and analysis to execution. • Prepare fundraising materials, coordinate diligence and keep investor processes moving. • Research, reach out to and manage relationships with partners and operators. • Support hiring, from drafting role specs to coordinating the pipeline. • Build the processes, trackers and systems that help a small team move fast. • Take on the analysis, coordination and follow-ups that keep the company moving.
