UI/UX Designer

• Expand the design team as an experienced UI/UX Designer who can thrive in a cross-functional team, collaborating with the product team to design user interfaces for an agentic AI product. • Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of the product from discovery through to implementation. • Help define what human-AI collaboration should feel like, making sure every visual detail reflects the seamless intelligence and functional excellence of the product.

• Bring 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for SaaS or complex tech products. • Have a strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive, user-centred design solutions with experience in creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes. • Be proficient in design tools such as Figma and other prototyping tools and modern design systems. • Have a strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture. • Be comfortable with user research, usability testing, and iterative design. • Have excellent communication skills, able to present design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Have natural curiosity and interest in working with data-driven applications or visualisation tools and about human-AI interaction, autonomy, and ethical design.

• Have experience designing for AI-driven or data-rich interfaces such as agentic systems, chat interfaces, dashboards, or assistants. • Have prior work in fast-paced startups or early-stage product environments. • Have familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React for better design-dev collaboration. • Have experience with motion design or microinteractions to bring AI interactions to life. • Have experience in AI design and explainability.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for the agentic AI product from early discovery and research through to polished interfaces. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate technical capabilities into meaningful user journeys. • Prototype and test interactions that make the platform's AI behaviours transparent and visually aesthetic. • Establish and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability. • Champion the user, making sure every visual detail reflects the seamless intelligence and functional excellence of the product. • Contribute to the product vision, helping define what human-AI collaboration should feel like.
