UI/UX Designer

• Bring 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for SaaS or complex tech products. • Show a strong portfolio of user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes. • Use Figma, other prototyping tools and modern design systems skilfully. • Understand interaction design, visual hierarchy and information architecture. • Work comfortably with user research, usability testing and iterative design. • Present design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Bring curiosity about data-driven applications, visualisation tools and ethical human-AI interaction. • Show experience designing AI-driven or data-rich interfaces such as dashboards, chat interfaces or assistants.

• Bring prior experience in fast-paced startups or early-stage product environments. • Show familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS or React. • Bring experience with motion design or microinteractions. • Show experience in AI design and explainability.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for an agentic AI product, from early research to final interfaces. • Work with a cross-functional team to turn technical capabilities into meaningful user journeys. • Prototype and test interactions that make AI behaviour transparent. • Establish and evolve the design system for consistency, accessibility and scalability. • Champion the user in every visual detail of the product. • Help define the product vision for human-AI collaboration.
