API/Integrations Specialist

• Join Hurree, the AI-powered reporting platform built for collaboration, in a full-time permanent remote role in the UK. • Own the connectors that let data flow between Hurree and dozens of external tools and APIs. • Research, test, deploy, maintain and optimise integrations with CRM, analytics, finance and marketing platforms. • Combine technical execution, product insight and partnership communication. • Act as the subject matter expert on the third-party APIs used across the product. • Earn £28,000–£35,000.

• Bring experience and understanding of software integrations and APIs, especially connector-focused work. • Show a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth and other authentication standards. • Use API testing tools and specifications such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI. • Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail. • Communicate well with both technical and non-technical teams. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring previous experience in a SaaS product focused on data aggregation or analytics. • Show familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript. • Bring knowledge of third-party tools such as CRMs, marketing platforms and social media tools. • Show experience writing customer-facing knowledge base articles.

• Research, document, test, deploy and maintain robust connectors to external platforms. • Keep connectors reliable, secure and performant. • Research new tools and document them for engineers to build. • Troubleshoot connector issues, find root causes and improve stability over time. • Work with product and engineering on customer requirements and the connector roadmap. • Answer technical questions from other teams and support onboarding of key connectors. • Monitor changes to external APIs and adjust connectors to stay compatible. • Document connector behaviour, data schemas, error handling and best practices. • Take part in test planning and spot ways to improve connector productivity. • Write technical specs, integration guides and customer knowledge base articles.
