Account Handler - Commercial & Schemes

• Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance. • Bring strong literacy and numeracy skills. • Work well under pressure and to short deadlines. • Bring accuracy and strong attention to detail. • Work proficiently in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Hold GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent. • Be based in the UK and able to travel occasionally to a local office.

• Monitor renewals and new business activity to support effective planning and resourcing. • Review client documentation so comprehensive, accurate information reaches the quoting process. • Collate and communicate client requirements to ensure the risk is marketed appropriately. • Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems. • Prepare presentations for executives. • Take calls and queries from customers and insurers. • Process mid-term adjustments. • Handle credit control and debt collection. • Process business compliantly. • Deal with or refer client enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments. • Act as a key technical referral point for the team.
