📋 Job Requirements
• Bring a proven track record in a Management Accountant role.
• Be ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• See the big picture and sense-check for errors or problems after accounting tasks are completed.
• Communicate confidently with both clients and colleagues.
• Hold intermediate to advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and experience working with large reporting packs.
• Demonstrate a high level of IT literacy with the ability to pick up new ERP systems quickly.
• Work autonomously as a self-starter with good attention to detail, organisation, and planning skills.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for clients and ensure each client receives the best standard of service possible.
• Take overall responsibility for producing accurate and timely monthly accounts and other ad-hoc client requests and reports with assistance from the Management Accountant team.
• Coordinate effectively with team members to keep all schedules up to date including reviewing prepayment and accrual schedules and reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Provide clients with meaningful commentary on their reports and insight on business performance, identifying variances, trends, and areas requiring attention.
• Optimise and simplify current financial processes and procedures where possible.
• Review and submit VAT returns and other statutory reporting.
• Liaise with auditors and statutory accountants for year-end accounts and tax.
