Account Executive - Commercial & Schemes

• Bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience providing specialist advice in the insurance market. • Be qualified to a minimum of Cert CII. • Hold GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent. • Bring an excellent level of technical insurance skills, assessed through regular in-house testing. • Deliver excellent client service. • Negotiate and broke excellently, persuading and influencing others. • Communicate excellently, both orally and in writing. • Gather and analyse information from clients effectively. • Bring a good understanding of corporate governance, financial awareness, and how a business works. • Be based in the UK and able to travel occasionally to a local office.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while targeting new clients in the marketplace. • Establish and manage a renewal strategy with each client to maximise renewal success. • Ensure clients are correctly and adequately insured for all their exposures, giving sound advice. • Liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete supporting documentation and meet service standards. • Support the division in achieving its sales targets. • Actively cross-sell products from other divisions. • Maintain professional competence by following the firm’s training and competence procedures. • Seek client feedback actively and respond to what you receive.
