Sales Manager (Affiliate Marketing)

• Join Awin’s Mid-Market sales team as a Sales Manager, working hybrid from London or Manchester. • Manage and grow your own sales and revenue pipeline. • Focus on securing high-revenue merchants for the Awin affiliate network. • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. • Report to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader and help the team hit its targets. • Enjoy a four-day Flexi-Week at full pay.

• Bring 3+ years in commercial roles focused on new business in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplaces or related industries. • Show a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service. • Use Salesforce and sales pipeline software confidently. • Show excellent computer skills, including advanced MS Office. • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders at all levels. • Drive projects independently in a fast-paced international environment.

• Bring experience specifically in affiliate or partnership marketing sales. • Show experience responding to RFIs and RFPs. • Bring existing relationships with mid-market brands. • Show experience working with integration and onboarding teams.

• Build and execute strategic plans to hit sales targets and grow the customer base. • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, negotiation and close. • Keep your sales pipeline accurate and up to date in Salesforce. • Work with Finance, Integrations and Account Development for smooth client onboarding. • Research target brands, their affiliate activity, key contacts and market position. • Meet KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement and planning.
