About the role

💼 What you will do

• Scale Greyparrot's revenue by leading a partner-led US market and building process and rigour into a direct EMEA team, reporting directly to the CEO. • Optimise two engines — the US partnership and the direct EMEA team — rather than being the top individual seller in either, as the one person who sees and runs both. • Lead a small, senior team including a Head of EMEA BD, a Director of Revenue Operations, and an After Sales Consultant in a post-Series B company with a working go-to-market motion and live customers.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have a demonstrated track record of scaling B2B revenue at a similar multiple in a systems-and-process-driven way. • Have experience refreshing and tightening the sales process in a team with good fundamentals including qualification criteria, pipeline stages, deal reviews, and forecasting cadence. • Have a background that includes breaking a startup software product into a traditional or industrial buyer base such as logistics, manufacturing, energy, or similar. • Have direct, hands-on leadership of a multi-market sales team. • Be comfortable being one step removed from the deal, with a track record showing team or partner performance rather than just a personal number, with judgement on when to step into specific deals yourself. • Have real experience negotiating and structuring commercial contracts. • Have experience evolving a pricing or packaging model as a company matures, ideally more than once. • Be comfortable operating hands-on at a stage where the team is small rather than expecting to replicate a function of 15+ people. • Have experience managing a manager such as a regional or BD lead who themselves manages a team. • Have experience reporting to CEO/board-level or clear readiness to operate and forecast at that level of exposure. • Be ideally based in or around London with genuine willingness to travel often to the US plus periodic travel across EMEA.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have direct experience in recycling, waste management, or the circular economy. • Have experience opening a genuinely new geographic market from a standing start. • Have formal or informal experience operating across both a partner-led major market and a direct sales team within the same role.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Scale revenue on a predictable trajectory with pipeline, conversion, and forecasting discipline that the CEO and board can rely on. • Make the US partner's pipeline and forecast visible to the wider business, building the senior relationships that let you advise and support their selling on large or complex deals. • Refresh EMEA's sales process by tightening qualification, pipeline stages, deal reviews, and forecasting, coaching the Head of EMEA BD and regional BDs to own it day to day. • Move pricing to a model that supports global growth with real deals, tidying up legacy pricing that is working against the business. • Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements for both direct customer contracts in EMEA and the reseller/partner agreement in the US. • Manage a small, senior team including a Head of EMEA BD, a Director of Revenue Operations, and an After Sales Consultant. • Document and build the way the company sells into a repeatable system covering qualification, process, tooling, and forecasting that scales with the team. • Develop a view on how Greyparrot should enter the next market, direct or partner-led, with a recommendation ready before the business needs to decide.
