Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales

• Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for growing Figma's Enterprise products. • Get in at the ground floor of a fast-growing sales org. • Consult with existing customers and prospects to build relationships that add to the customer experience and the bottom line. • Bring an agile, dynamic mindset, embrace change, and enjoy working with a growing footprint of Fortune 1000 customers. • Work closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. • Report directly to the Head of Sales. • Work full time from the London hub.

• Bring 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS, including 2+ years managing people. • Understand the technical and competitive landscape Figma operates in. • Thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment. • Bring exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills. • Care about increasing customer happiness and building lasting relationships through strong discovery and partnership. • Show a proven track record of leading successful, consistent sales teams. • Keep your camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.
