Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales

• Join Figma as Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, based at the London hub. • Lead a team of Account Executives driving growth of Figma’s Enterprise products. • Get in at the ground floor of a fast-growing sales organisation. • Work with a growing footprint of Fortune 1000 customers. • Collaborate with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Community. • Report directly to the Head of Sales.

• Bring 7+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS. • Show 2+ years of sales management experience. • Understand the technical and competitive landscape. • Thrive in a constantly changing environment. • Bring exceptional coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills. • Build lasting customer relationships through strong discovery and partnership. • Show a track record of leading successful, consistent sales teams. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Bring experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies. • Show experience using Figma or working in UX/UI. • Use Command of the Message or MEDDIC. • Bring experience scaling a sales team in a high-growth company.

• Lead a motivated, diverse team of Account Executives. • Join customer and prospect meetings to support deals and coach in real time. • Support ongoing training, mentorship, hiring and career growth. • Shape and develop sales processes and initiatives. • Interview, hire and train new team members as the business scales. • Run weekly forecast meetings and advise AEs on strategies to exceed their goals.
