Manager, Sales - Figma Weave

• Join Figma as Manager, Sales for Figma Weave, working hybrid from London. • Build and develop the EMEA Sales Team supporting Figma Weave, hiring the foundational sales team from the start. • Set the strategic direction of the Figma Weave sales strategy and help shape the future roadmap in close partnership with the Leadership Team. • Help build the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity on a unified platform that connects AI capabilities with human creativity. • Coach and develop a growing team while spending time with customers and prospects.

• Bring 8+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS. • Show 3+ years of management experience and a proven track record of leading successful, consistent sales teams. • Understand Figma's technical and competitive landscape. • Thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment. • Show excitement for increasing customer happiness and building lasting customer relationships. • Bring strong sales excellence, process and methodology to support scaling the business.

• Use or work with node-based design tools, or have experience in the VFX, creative or post-production space. • Apply the Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology. • Adapt quickly to a fast-moving, evolving environment.

• Own the new business strategy for Figma Weave from end to end. • Attract, hire and retain top commercial talent to scale the Figma Weave Sales Team. • Join customer and prospect meetings and coach your team in front of customers. • Coach team members and support their career development. • Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the team on strategies to exceed their goals. • Share insight with the Executive team on the needs of the team and the market. • Work closely with the marketing and product teams so they understand and can serve the needs of the market and members in the region.
