Manager, Mid-Market Sales

• Join Figma as Manager of Mid-Market Sales, based in the London office. • Lead a team of Account Executives covering the NEMEA region. • Drive continued growth of Figma’s Enterprise product. • Help scale NEMEA within a fast-growing sales organisation. • Build meaningful relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Report directly to the Director of Commercial Sales.

• Bring 7+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS. • Show 3+ years of sales management experience. • Speak German fluently. • Understand the technical and competitive landscape and thrive as it changes. • Show a track record of leading successful, consistent sales teams. • Bring outstanding coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills. • Care about customer happiness and lasting customer relationships. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Bring additional years of management experience within a SaaS company. • Show experience using Figma or working in UX/UI. • Thrive in a constantly changing environment. • Use Command of the Message or MEDDIC.

• Build and manage a motivated, diverse team of Account Executives. • Join customer and prospect meetings. • Support ongoing training, mentorship and career growth. • Shape and develop sales processes and initiatives. • Interview, hire and train new team members as the business scales. • Run weekly forecast meetings and coach AEs to exceed their goals.
