Account Executive, Mid-Market

• Bring several years of experience closing software or SaaS deals with a book of customers under 5,000 employees. • Show experience selling to executives. • Consistently meet pipeline generation targets for net-new business. • Manage complex sales cycles of 3 to 9 months. • Follow a sales methodology that creates value for customers. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Bring experience selling to technical executives in Engineering, Product or Design. • Show you can succeed in a changing environment. • Hold certifications in deal qualification and prospect discovery.

• Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market accounts from inbound and outbound activity. • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently. • Use discovery and value selling to strengthen relationships with decision-makers. • Align with executives on business challenges and win sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments. • Create account plans and multi-thread at senior level to expand accounts. • Tier your book of business and prevent contractions. • Position Figma and move deals forward with cross-functional partners. • Build executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking.
