Enterprise Account Executive, Flourish

• Join the Flourish team inside Canva as an Enterprise Account Executive, selling the world's leading data storytelling platform. • Build relationships and close deals that bring data storytelling to newsrooms, corporations, NGOs, universities, and government departments worldwide. • Work from Canva's London campus in Hoxton Square, Shoreditch, with flexibility to choose your own balance of office and remote work. • Be part of a small but mighty team whose users have produced over 10 million graphics with more than 20 billion views.

• Have a few years of B2B sales experience, ideally managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, with a track record of hitting or beating targets. • Initiate conversations confidently with senior stakeholders and hold your own in a room with multiple decision-makers. • Turn a complex product into a simple, compelling story tailored to the customer in front of you. • Stay organised and juggle a pipeline of opportunities without letting details slip. • Show genuine curiosity about data and storytelling, with eagerness to learn the ins and outs of Flourish. • Hold full UK work rights.

• Speak French or German alongside English. • Have prior experience selling data visualisation, analytics, or content creation tools. • Bring existing relationships or domain knowledge in newsrooms, government, NGOs, or higher education. • Have experience negotiating contracts and working closely with Legal and Security teams to close complex deals. • Have familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management.

• Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and shape tailored Flourish solutions to match. • Proactively prospect and reach out to target organisations — from newsrooms and government bodies to nonprofits and global brands — using high-touch outbound best practice. • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations, run a structured discovery process, and connect customer challenges to Flourish's features. • Negotiate contracts and work closely with Legal and Security to get deals across the line. • Track every stage of your pipeline in the CRM and hand over new customers to the Success team in great shape. • Partner with Marketing on events and campaigns that drive new business, and share customer feedback that helps shape the Flourish product roadmap.
