Travel Operations Specialist

• Bring travel industry or corporate travel booking experience. • Bring experience managing supplier or vendor relationships. • Bring experience reviewing invoices, credits, and refunds. • Apply even without extensive experience, as Canonical prioritises strong organisers and communicators.

• Engage with colleagues to address travel queries and issues. • Work with the wider business services team on company and industry event plans. • Hold travel vendors accountable for providing excellent service. • Check invoices for accurate charges and ensure timely payments, credits, and refunds. • Monitor trends, spend, emissions, and compliance with company travel policy. • Track unused tickets, credits, and airline points usage.
