Senior Growth Manager, UK

• Join Reddit’s International Community team as a key member of a cross-functional group deepening Reddit’s presence in the UK market. • Drive user and ecosystem growth by building and scaling communities and executing local growth initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and lead initiatives that strengthen Reddit’s local ecosystem and user experience. • Combine strategic planning, growth-focused execution, cross-functional influence, market ownership, and community development. • Shape Reddit’s presence and success in the market, driving growth at scale while strengthening engagement across local communities. • Take on a growth and community role rather than a marketing one. • Work from the London office.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or bring equivalent practical experience. • Bring 7+ years of experience in user growth, community growth, product operations, or country expansion, with a demonstrated track record executing growth programs at scale. • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution skills, taking initiative and driving projects independently. • Bring a strong blend of operational, growth, data, and community or content expertise. • Bring experience building communities or growing a user base through on-the-ground initiatives. • Work with a data-driven, analytical mindset, with proficiency in Excel modelling, working knowledge of SQL, and experience creating scalable processes and automations. • Bring a passion for combining systems thinking with data analysis to drive impactful decisions. • Communicate and manage stakeholders exceptionally, collaborating across internal teams, users, content creators, and external partners. • Stay results-oriented with strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution. • Bring a deep understanding of local market culture, covering language, current events, politics, customs, traditions, topics of interest, and cultural sensitivities. • Be based out of the London office.

• Establish and execute comprehensive strategies to grow the user base and nurture local communities. • Design, launch, and scale local growth programs that strengthen Reddit’s ecosystem of users, communities, and contributors. • Apply a creative, entrepreneurial approach by continuously testing and evaluating new ideas. • Serve as the local go-to person for market insights and local input to cross-functional teams including Comms, Product, BD, and Marketing. • Coordinate the execution of market-specific initiatives across multiple stakeholders. • Monitor key country health KPIs and alert the appropriate teams when significant changes occur. • Analyse performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans. • Serve as a local spokesperson for Reddit, building influential relationships and partnerships on and off the platform to reach new audiences.
