Revenue Operations Associate

• Own day-to-day CRM administration, including data hygiene, permissions, and workflow upkeep. • Support the configuration and integration of the wider GTM tech stack. • Track new releases and features across tools, flagging what is worth adopting. • Help evaluate and implement new tools as the stack grows. • Spot incomplete or inconsistent data, fix what you can, and propose fixes for the rest. • Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, funnel conversion, and key GTM KPIs. • Help maintain commission and incentive tracking, ensuring calculations are accurate. • Train new GTM and Customer team joiners on tools and processes. • Own the recurring admin cadence and automate tasks wherever possible.
