Customer Support Agent

• Join Atom bank’s Customer Support team as a Customer Support Agent, working hybrid from Newcastle city centre. • Work 34 hours across a 4-day week, with 3 full days off every week. • Work only 1 weekend in 5 on a rotating shift pattern, with all shifts between 8am and 8pm. • Own customer queries and deliver world-class service for a mobile-first bank. • Start with 7 weeks of paid, interactive training at Atom’s Newcastle HQ. • Use the role as a launchpad, with direct opportunities to move into other departments.

• Bring outstanding customer service skills with clear written and verbal communication. • Resolve complex or delicate customer situations with a logical approach. • Navigate desktop software, internal systems and mobile platforms confidently. • Stay organised and detail-focused, with the ambition to grow within Atom. • Attend 7 weeks of paid onsite training at the Newcastle office, Monday to Thursday. • Pass enhanced pre-employment checks, including a Standard DBS, right to work, and credit and fraud checks.

• Bring previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role. • Show experience in banking or financial services. • Bring familiarity with mobile banking apps and digital financial products. • Show experience capturing customer feedback to improve services.
