Senior Partner Solutions Architect, ITSM

• Join Atlassian as a Senior Partner Solutions Architect for ITSM, working remotely from the UK or France. • Help grow the channel partner ecosystem around Jira Service Management, one of Atlassian’s fastest-growing products. • Enable Solution Partners to build enterprise-focused JSM professional services. • Support partners from pre-sales through to post-sales with technical expertise and thought leadership. • Collaborate with partner, marketing, sales and product teams in a global team. • Interview and onboard virtually with a distributed-first company.

• Bring experience working with channel partners across pre-sales, consulting, delivery and post-sales. • Work as a hands-on ITSM/ESM architect, from reference architecture to complete solutions. • Know common ITSM frameworks such as IT4IT, ITIL 4 and DevOps. • Inspire partners and customers to explore modern approaches to ITSM/ESM. • Turn sophisticated problem statements into simple, innovative solutions. • Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to deliver winning solutions. • Have familiarity with Atlassian products, especially Jira Service Management. • Speak English proficiently. • Stay open to giving and receiving feedback and passionate about partner success.

• Speak French fluently or conversationally. • Bring hands-on experience building solutions in Jira Service Management. • Show experience speaking at conferences or partner events. • Bring experience building partner enablement workshops or collateral.

• Develop the solution acceleration strategy to grow the Service Management partner ecosystem. • Build collateral such as ESM solutions, blueprints and reference architectures for partners. • Support ITSM partners through each stage of the deal cycle, from sourcing to post-sales. • Develop account strategies with channel teams to drive Jira Service Management adoption. • Feed partner and market insights back to product management. • Design and deliver technical enablement workshops for channel partners. • Represent Atlassian at conferences and partner events. • Evolve team practices through resource sharing and feedback loops.
