Account Executive, Mid-Market UKI

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Drive growth by deepening Atlassian's footprint across existing Mid-Market accounts in the UKI region that haven't yet realised the full value of the platform. • Join a team established in 2019 that helps Atlassian's largest customers, including Vodafone, Daimler, and Klarna, scale their investments. • Unlock untapped potential within existing customer relationships by expanding adoption and uncovering new use cases. • Work in a fully remote, non-traditional sales role.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role. • Have experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals. • Have a proven track record of exceeding targets by finding and closing growth opportunities within an existing customer base — identifying whitespace, building champions, and expanding platform adoption. • Have experience navigating complex organisations to land new buying centres, teams, or use cases within accounts where you are not starting from zero. • Have experience growing Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell. • Have a customer-centric mindset. • Have experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams. • Be fluent in English.

• Have experience working with customers in the UKI region. • Have experience working with Channel sales organisations to build joint sales strategies. • Have experience developing strategic account plans across a wide portfolio of products. • Have experience with Atlassian products or the collaboration and work management space.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Identify and develop growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio of existing Atlassian customers across the UKI region. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand adoption and uncover new use cases within accounts that have existing but limited Atlassian usage. • Develop and implement named account or territory plans geared at maximising expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring a high bar of customer success. • Work with team members in the Channel sales organisation to build sales strategies for designated territory or named accounts. • Be Atlassian's main point of contact for designated Mid-Market accounts.
