💼 What you will do

• Join the Airbnb Hotels team, a fast-growing group leading Airbnb's expansion into the hotel sector with an entrepreneurial spirit. • Support the Enterprise Account Management team, overseeing assigned projects and supporting the onboarding and day-to-day operations of an evolving portfolio of hotel groups located across the globe. • Support strategic initiatives that drive hotel group partner success, combining client-facing commercial conversations with operational project work. • Help more people discover high-quality hotels, creating value for guests and hotel partners.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in client-facing, cross-functional regional or global commercial teams. • Be proficient in both English and the local language for the specific location. • Be a self-starter who is resourceful with a get-it-done attitude. • Have strong time management and prioritisation skills. • Have strong organisational skills relating to project work with a large volume of inputs and moving parts. • Have a track record of effectively working at scale with partners to achieve short- and long-term objectives. • Have proven stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across various levels of an organisation, in person or via phone, email, and Zoom. • Be a team player, willing to contribute what is needed for the success of the team. • Be able to get things done with changing priorities, projects, and deadlines. • Be goals-obsessed, inputs-driven, and willing to take action with a high volume of calls and meetings.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience. • Have experience with hotel connectivity platforms or property management systems. • Have experience managing hotel group portfolios or large-scale partner onboarding. • Have a passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy. • Have experience with supply optimisation or platform education for partners.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Take actions with hotel groups and internal teams as needed to drive assigned projects forward. • Create and maintain well-organised and detailed tracking mechanisms relating to assigned projects. • Communicate with stakeholders via calls, email, and Zoom to accomplish assigned project needs. • Manage relationships with hotel group stakeholders within assigned portfolio. • Support scaled strategies to effectively manage and optimise hotel partners in assigned portfolio. • Educate partners on how HotelTonight and Airbnb platforms function. • Develop strong and long-lasting partnerships. • Respond to and deliver exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner. • Work on cross-functional projects with teams in Hotel Connectivity, Product Management, Local Market Management, and other departments. • Act as the front desk of HotelTonight and Airbnb to hotel group partners, triaging needs appropriately.
