About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Airbnb’s Supply team as an Account Manager, based in London. • Drive the retention, growth and optimisation of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your territory. • Build strong relationships with hosts who manage their own properties or host on behalf of owners. • Help hosts improve their listings, pricing and overall success on Airbnb. • Support Market Managers with webinars and scaled email education programmes. • Earn £46,000–£54,000, with possible bonus, equity and Employee Travel Credits.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management or partner support. • Show proven experience working a book of business and driving growth through proactive account management. • Manage multiple accounts with strong time management and prioritisation. • Stay goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence. • Communicate and present confidently by phone, email and in person. • Use CRM tools to work with leads and opportunities.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience. • Show experience using Salesforce. • Bring experience running webinars or scaled education programmes. • Know the short-term rental or property management market.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage a book of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, driving their retention and growth. • Run one-to-one optimisation and onboarding conversations on pricing, availability and listing quality. • Secure availability over high-demand dates to maximise hosts’ revenue. • Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes. • Share host feedback with internal teams. • Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support. • Analyse performance data to spot trends and drive more bookings. • Help hosts maintain best-in-class hospitality standards.
