IT Support Analyst

• Join the growing technology team as an IT Support Analyst in a Microsoft cloud-first environment. • Take on a junior-to-mid role suited to someone with strong IT support foundations who wants to grow deeper skills in modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, identity administration, and Microsoft 365. • Work closely with the IT Manager across a modern stack including Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Logitech meeting room technology, and UniFi networking. • Move beyond basic helpdesk support and develop into a strong modern workplace, endpoint, or IT operations specialist.

• Bring hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Intune in a production environment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. • Understand Microsoft Entra ID well, including user management, groups, RBAC, and Conditional Access. • Bring a solid grasp of device compliance and MDM principles in a BYOD environment. • Troubleshoot Windows 11 strongly, with working knowledge of macOS. • Support iOS and Android device enrolment and policy enforcement. • Understand networking fundamentals such as IP addressing, DNS, VPN, and firewall concepts. • Implement MFA and access control policies. • Troubleshoot identity, device, and Microsoft 365 issues independently. • Communicate clearly with a structured, methodical approach to support.

• Bring PowerShell scripting skills for automation or reporting. • Have experience in a fintech or regulated environment. • Have worked with the UniFi networking stack. • Hold a college or university qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not essential). • Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals, MD-100, or AZ-900.

• Support and administer Microsoft Intune across Windows 11, iOS, and Android devices, including BYOD enrolment and compliance enforcement. • Help maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, update rings, and application deployments. • Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle processes. • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, group management, and RBAC. • Support the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Conditional Access policies and MFA controls. • Assist with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) role assignments and access reviews. • Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms issues. • Provide advanced troubleshooting across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android in both corporate-managed and BYOD models. • Maintain accurate asset records, user records, and system documentation, contributing to ongoing improvements in device management and access controls.
