• Lead enablement and pre-sales motions with Vercel's solution and consulting partners, including SIs and GSIs, across EMEA with a primary focus on the DACH market.
• Work with partner engineering, sales, and product teams to grow adoption of Vercel's products and build strong technical relationships.
• Grow partner-delivered capacity in DACH by running the partner certification programme, creating and delivering technical enablement and workshops, and supporting pre-sales where partners are engaged.
• Act as a developer advocate across solution and consulting partners, establishing best practices, authoring guides, leading workshops and hackathons, and building solutions for partner communities and Vercel teams.
• Be the expert on building and delivering with Vercel products, including AI and agent workloads.
• Work from the London or Berlin office 3 days a week.
📋 Job Requirements
• Feel passionate about building first-class user experiences on the web.
• Understand web architecture, frontend development, and serverless computing strongly.
• Have 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer advising or consulting engineering teams.
• Have 6+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React.
• Speak German or French to spoken fluency alongside professional English, since this is a partner-facing role.
• Have worked with or within agencies, systems integrators, or consulting firms, understanding how they staff, deliver, and grow a technology practice.
• Have experience in developer relations, from training sessions and talks through to producing technical content.
• Work with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Work comfortably with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams.
• Communicate excellently and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Serve as subject matter expert on Vercel and Next.js to partner engineering teams and leadership across EMEA.
• Run Vercel's partner certification programme in the region, delivering certification workshops, reviewing certification projects, and guiding partner engineers through it.
• Create and deliver technical training and enablement on Next.js and Vercel best practices, including building agents and AI applications on Vercel.
• Deliver one-to-many technical workshops for partner engineering teams and author the content behind them.
• Run and support partner hackathons that build partner skills and surface joint solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support where partners are engaged, covering proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside sales and sales engineering teams.
• Serve as the main technical contact for SIs and GSIs in the region, building lasting relationships with their engineering teams and practice leadership.
