Software Engineer - Production Engineering

• Join the Production Engineering team, which owns end-to-end reliability, durability, scalability, and performance of Figma's products and services. • Scale and drive the initiatives and programmes behind Figma's production engineering efforts so product teams can ship new features quickly. • Work on something critical to building new products, supporting user base growth, and enabling innovation across both infrastructure and product engineering. • Bring a generalist skill set and a strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals. • Build tools that simplify operating large-scale infrastructure and raise Figma's operational maturity. • Work full time from the London hub.

• Bring 5+ years of experience operating infrastructure components and services at scale. • Show a proven grasp of Computer Science fundamentals and a strong interest in distributed systems. • Have managed infrastructure services in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to operational security and best practices. • Bring a track record of diagnosing problems inside complex systems. • Keep your camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.
