Senior Product Designer

• Join Zilch as a Senior Product Designer, working hybrid from London with Tuesdays and Fridays remote. • Own every feature you design, from the first sketch through to implementation and measurement. • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers on consumer-facing fintech products. • Coach and mentor fellow designers and raise the quality bar across the team. • Help build the world’s most empowering way to pay for more than 6 million customers. • Work with the Head of Product Design on goals, priorities and direction.

• Bring experience designing consumer-facing products in a cross-functional team. • Enjoy thinking through complex product challenges and solving the right problem. • Show a well-trained eye for exceptional visual design and UI execution. • Think strategically and communicate design decisions with clarity and confidence. • Work well with research, content and engineering disciplines. • Tell compelling stories that bring stakeholders along with your thinking. • Bring experience using and helping maintain a design system. • Apply research learnings to your designs and analyse product experiments. • Experiment with AI tools to improve your design process.

• Bring experience designing fintech or payments products. • Show experience leading design critique sessions. • Bring experience documenting pattern libraries and style guides. • Show experience defining and measuring product success metrics.

• Own the full design process, from research and concept to testing, specs and UX measurement. • Coach and mentor designers and lead critique sessions. • Keep design work consistent and raise the bar for collective output. • Design customer journeys, build prototypes and run user tests. • Improve the scalable design system to meet product and business goals. • Run qualitative and quantitative user research. • Identify success metrics and measure launched products. • Document pattern libraries and style guides as the product evolves.
