📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist, Tools Artist, or similar role, or equivalent shipped work.
• Work confidently in Unity and understand what it takes to ship performant real-time 3D content.
• Write scripts, most likely in C#, and show you have built tools or automation that sped teams up or reduced production risk.
• Understand 3D fundamentals, including meshes, materials, textures, lighting, and optimisation.
• Collaborate effectively with artists on asset quality.
• Think in systems and pipelines, spotting recurring failure modes and designing guardrails to prevent them.
• Communicate clearly across disciplines and turn ambiguity into reliable workflows.
• Bring a strong ownership mindset focused on shipping.
• Work with enough overlap with U.S. time zones to collaborate with the team.
• Pass early-stage ID checks, satisfactory referencing, and background checks.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the end-to-end Unity content pipeline for live ops assets.
• Implement and validate 3D assets in Unity, including prefabs, materials, shaders, collisions, LODs, lighting, and import settings.
• Build and maintain tools, scripts, and automation in C# and Udon that reduce manual work and prevent errors.
• Create quality gates such as asset validation checks, naming conventions, performance budgets, and ready-to-ship checklists.
• Debug content and pipeline issues with engineers and artists.
• Work with Product Design and Creator partners to make sure content supports the intended user experience.
• Document workflows so the whole team can move faster as content volume grows.
