Senior iOS Engineer – Send Experience

• Join the Send Experience team at Wise — one of the highest-impact surfaces in fintech, where every single transfer runs through and over 10 million customers use your work weekly. • Own the send flow end-to-end as an iOS product engineer: the product millions of customers touch, the discovery layer that makes local payment networks feel native, and the platform holding tens of millions of recipient accounts worldwide. • This is not a ticket factory — sit with product and design from day one of an idea, challenge what "best" looks like, and ship your answer. • Work hybrid from Wise's London office, split between London and Tallinn.

• Have built app experiences people love and can show it. • Be strong in Swift. • Have a genuine eye for craft — notice when a transition is 100ms too slow or a layout doesn't breathe. • Think in customer problems, not tickets — push back when something doesn't make sense and propose what should exist instead. • Be familiar with architectural patterns like MVVM or VIPER. • Write testable code and care about what happens after you merge. • Have a solid understanding of REST APIs, comfortable at the boundary between mobile and backend. • Communicate clearly — technical ideas to non-technical people, strong opinions held loosely. • Work autonomously while making the people around you better too.

• Have experience with SwiftUI, Structured Concurrency, or CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions. • Bring familiarity with internationalisation patterns for apps serving many markets. • Have a fintech background. • Bring experience with animation timing, micro-interactions, and thoughtful transitions in iOS apps. • Have experience collaborating across a large mobile engineering team to lift UX and code quality.
