• Own what value proposition, offer, and incentive Tripadvisor leads with across international markets, and how it's communicated — defining what loyalty means in different cultures. • Deploy the right incentives from points to experiential rewards to drive long-term LTV, ensuring CRM messaging and lifecycle journeys resonate locally. • Localise reward and CRM structures, test incentives, and drive regional customer retention at the world's most trusted source for travel and experiences.

• Bring proven experience managing CRM and/or incentives in at least two distinct global regions such as EMEA, APAC, or LATAM. • Hold a deep understanding of behavioural economics and how incentive psychology varies by culture. • Demonstrate ability to use AI for insight generation, prototyping new ideas, and accelerating output. • Show strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and form new hypotheses and learning agendas.

• Bring experience developing and testing regional-specific incentive structures such as cashback, points, or gamification based on local consumer behaviour. • Have experience using AI modelling to identify at-risk segments and deploy preemptive retention offers. • Show experience utilising GenAI tools to scale localised content creation and perform sentiment analysis. • Demonstrate experience performing competitive benchmarking audits across international markets. • Hold experience adapting global CRM strategy for regional nuances across email, push, and SMS campaigns. • Bring experience with opportunity mapping through deep-dive data analysis and market research in specific regions.
