💼 What you will do
• Develop outstanding, culturally-aligned experiences for the Spanish market as a Content Manager for Localization, ensuring content fosters trust, resonates locally, and increases conversion. • Be the bridge between global product vision and local cultural reality, owning the voice of the Spanish market across all user-facing touchpoints. • Manage AI-native localization including LLM-driven workflows, prompt design, and machine translation to protect quality, maximise efficiency, and scale content volumes.
📋 Job Requirements
• Hold native-level fluency in Spanish with deep, intuitive cultural authority and understanding of user behaviour in the market. • Bring 5+ years of experience in localization, UX writing, transcreation, translation, content design, or a related role within a global e-commerce or tech company. • Have 3+ years of experience working with translation management systems and familiarity with linguistic quality assurance frameworks such as MQM. • Use AI as an enabler with a curious, forward-thinking approach to experimenting with technology. • Be comfortable working with design tools such as Figma and Miro, analysing user research, and using data to inform decisions. • Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional colleagues using data and user insights to demonstrate how localised content strategy drives global growth. • Demonstrate ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.

• Bring experience in the travel industry. • Have experience managing LLM-driven localization workflows and designing prompts for machine translation. • Show experience initiating and supporting A/B tests on localised content to measure impact on conversion, engagement, and traffic. • Demonstrate experience synthesising local user research and market trends to challenge global assumptions. • Hold experience partnering with translation vendors to create, maintain, and optimise linguistic assets. • Bring experience with SEO considerations in localised content creation.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Localise, write, edit, and transcreate clear, culturally-relevant, compelling content across all user-facing touchpoints. • Partner with product managers, UX designers, SEO, vendors, and researchers to define and execute content strategies for high-priority product features. • Manage LLM-driven workflows, help design prompts, and leverage machine translation to protect quality and scale content volumes. • Act as the voice of the traveller, synthesising local user research and market trends to advocate for local user needs. • Initiate and support A/B tests on localised content to measure impact on conversion, engagement, and traffic. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content is integrated into the design and development process from the beginning. • Ensure all content adheres to Tripadvisor Group brand voice and tone while feeling completely natural to local users. • Partner with translation vendors to create, maintain, and optimise all linguistic assets for the market. • Operate within a continuous QA mentality to keep the UX fresh and relevant, proactively identifying and fixing content-related issues.
