Content Manager, Localization

• Join Tripadvisor, the travel group behind Tripadvisor, Viator and TheFork, in a hybrid role in London. • Develop culturally aligned content for the Spanish market as part of the Localization team. • Act as the bridge between global product vision and local cultural reality. • Own the voice of your market so content builds trust, resonates locally and increases conversion. • Manage LLM-driven localization workflows and help design prompts. • Work with product, marketing, analytics, research, engineering and design teams. • Visit the London office 2 days a week.

• Bring native-level fluency in Spanish and a deep understanding of the culture and user behaviour in that market. • Bring 5+ years in localization, UX writing, transcreation, translation or content design at a global ecommerce or tech company. • Bring 3+ years working with translation management systems. • Master foundational internationalisation and localization principles. • Show familiarity with linguistic quality assurance frameworks such as MQM. • Work comfortably with design tools such as Figma and Miro. • Analyse user research and use data to inform decisions. • Use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality and decision-making, and experiment with automating repetitive work. • Build strong collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams. • Operate effectively with a global-first mindset. • Commute to the London office 2 days a week.

• Bring experience in the travel industry. • Show experience running A/B tests on localized content. • Bring experience managing translation vendors and linguistic assets. • Show experience working with machine translation at scale.

• Localize, write, edit and transcreate content across all user-facing touchpoints. • Partner with product managers, UX designers, SEO specialists, vendors and researchers on content strategy for priority features. • Manage LLM-driven workflows and use machine translation to protect quality while scaling content volumes. • Synthesise local user research and market trends to challenge global assumptions. • Initiate and support A/B tests on localized content to measure impact on conversion, engagement and traffic. • Work with cross-functional teams so content is built into design and development from the start. • Keep content aligned to brand voice while feeling natural to local users. • Partner with translation vendors to maintain and optimise linguistic assets. • Identify and fix content issues in the product with data-driven, user-centric recommendations.
