AI Quality Assurance Program Manager

• Join Tripadvisor as an AI Quality Assurance Program Manager, working hybrid from London. • Make sure AI systems across Tripadvisor’s Travel Experiences run reliably, accurately and in line with business goals. • Work at the intersection of AI performance, traveller satisfaction and product development. • Evolve QA from sample-based auditing to continuous, AI-enabled quality management. • Build testing frameworks, audit AI outputs and turn findings into operational insights. • Report AI accuracy, success metrics and improvement roadmaps to executive leadership.

• Bring 4–6 years in technical programme management, QA management or AI/ML product operations. • Show strong knowledge of AI and LLM testing, prompt evaluation, intent recognition and safety guardrails. • Analyse AI logs and turn quality metrics into executive-ready presentations and dashboards. • Bridge technical AI engineering teams with business stakeholders and front-line support teams. • Show a genuine interest in online travel, traveller behaviour and trust in consumer AI.

• Bring hands-on experience with LLM evaluation tools or annotation platforms. • Show experience with customer service AI tools such as Zendesk AI, Intercom or Salesforce. • Bring a background in travel tech, e-commerce marketplaces or fast-scaling consumer platforms. • Show experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Define the end-to-end quality framework across human and AI agents. • Design evaluation benchmarks, testing protocols and human-in-the-loop workflows. • Audit AI support chats, recommendations and booking updates for accuracy, safety, tone and hallucinations. • Deliver executive reporting on QA data, model accuracy and error trends. • Turn QA findings into prompt refinements, fine-tuning and knowledge base updates with Data Science and Product. • Manage QA regression schedules and hold teams to quality standards before rollout.
