Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Google Ads & Organic Search

• Join Moneybox’s Paid Marketing team as Senior Paid Marketing Manager for Google Ads and Organic Search, working hybrid with 2 days a week in the London office by the Oxo Tower. • Lead acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Organic Search. • Own SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) roadmaps to grow Moneybox’s organic footprint. • Act as the performance marketing lead driving growth of the Business Saver product. • Represent acquisition in senior forums and align marketing with the product roadmap. • Report to the Head of Paid Marketing and help shape Moneybox’s growth.

• Bring at least 7 years of performance marketing experience with a deep specialism in Google Ads and Organic Search. • Bring strong knowledge of marketing across both app and web. • Show a track record of managing large budgets, complex account structures and advanced bidding strategies. • Bring experience scaling organic presence across SEO and generative engines (GEO). • Show experience leading cross-functionally or partnering with product teams. • Work data-driven and numerate with a strong focus on payback and efficiency. • Work autonomously as a strategic lead while collaborating well with the wider team. • Hold the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship isn’t available.

• Bring experience marketing B2B or savings products. • Show experience running Google App Campaigns at scale. • Bring experience coaching junior team members. • Show experience managing platform reps or third-party SEO providers.

• Own Google Ads strategy and growth, including Search and App Campaigns. • Manage a significant budget to drive acquisition across app and web funnels. • Own SEO and GEO roadmaps with Tech, Content and PR teams. • Guide technical implementation and content creation for maximum discoverability. • Work hands-on in ad platforms when needed. • Lead performance marketing for the Business Saver product and represent it in senior forums. • Track competitors and the market to stay ahead. • Coach junior colleagues and manage third-party partners.
