Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Google Ads & Organic Search

• Join Moneybox, the award-winning UK wealth management platform, in a hybrid role based in London. • Report to the Head of Paid Marketing and lead acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Organic Search. • Manage a significant Google Ads budget across Search and App Campaigns for mobile and web. • Own the SEO and GEO roadmaps to grow Moneybox’s organic footprint. • Act as the marketing lead driving the growth of the Business Saver product. • Visit the London office by the Oxo Tower 2 days a week.

• Bring at least 7 years of performance marketing experience with a deep specialism in Google Ads and Organic Search. • Bring strong knowledge of marketing across both app and web. • Show a proven track record of managing large budgets and scaling complex account structures. • Deploy advanced bidding strategies across a varied product mix. • Show experience scaling organic presence across traditional search (SEO) and generative engines (GEO). • Bring experience acting as a cross-functional lead or partnering closely with product teams. • Stay data-driven and highly numerate, with a commercial focus on payback and efficiency. • Stay organised with meticulous attention to detail. • Work autonomously as a strategic lead while collaborating well with the wider team. • Be based in the UK and work from the London office 2 days a week.

• Bring experience marketing B2B products. • Show experience marketing savings products. • Bring experience representing acquisition in senior forums. • Show experience coaching junior marketers or managing platform reps.

• Own the channel strategy and growth across Google Ads, including Search and App Campaigns. • Manage a significant budget to drive user acquisition across mobile app and web funnels. • Own the SEO and GEO roadmaps to keep expanding organic reach. • Partner with Tech, Content and PR on technical implementation and content for discoverability. • Get hands-on in the ad platforms whenever execution is needed. • Lead performance marketing for Business Saver and represent acquisition in senior forums. • Align marketing with the product roadmap to scale the Business Saver category. • Drive a data-centric approach focused on customer value, efficiency and payback. • Coach junior team members and manage third-party providers and platform reps.
