AI & Business Intelligence Program Manager

• Join Tripadvisor, the travel group behind Tripadvisor, Viator and TheFork, in a hybrid role in London. • Lead end-to-end execution of data strategy and AI initiatives across Tripadvisor’s Travel Experiences. • Work at the intersection of business intelligence, product and customer operations. • Turn machine learning models, predictive traveller trends and generative AI features into operational strategy. • Keep programmes moving and unblock technical and cross-functional teams. • Deliver high-level BI and performance updates to executive leadership. • Visit the London office 2 to 3 days a week.

• Bring 4–6 years of program management experience leading technical AI, business intelligence or data strategy initiatives. • Show a strong command of business intelligence frameworks and visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau. • Write SQL confidently. • Apply a practical understanding of AI and ML lifecycles, including generative AI and predictive modelling. • Manage complex technical roadmaps involving data engineers, data scientists, product managers and business stakeholders. • Turn data-heavy technical concepts into structured updates for non-technical executives. • Bring a deep interest in online travel, marketplace dynamics and traveller journey optimisation. • Commute to the London office 2 to 3 days a week.

• Bring a background in travel tech, ecommerce marketplaces or consumer-facing digital platforms. • Hold a program management certification such as PMP or CSM. • Hold advanced credentials in business intelligence or data strategy. • Bring experience managing data pipeline or dynamic pricing programmes.

• Set clear reporting cadences for leadership, translating AI model performance and BI metrics into executive updates. • Direct cross-functional programmes spanning Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product and Traveller CX teams. • Maintain project management rigour across data pipelines, predictive search features, dynamic pricing models and AI support systems. • Track milestones and hold dependencies accountable. • Convert traveller behaviour data and BI reporting into operational changes that reduce booking friction. • Spot bottlenecks in data availability, BI tool integrations or cross-team alignment. • Deliver clear resolution paths before project schedules slip.
