Social Media Lead

• Join Moneybox, the award-winning UK wealth management platform, in a newly created senior hybrid role based in London. • Own Moneybox’s social media strategy and content engine end to end. • Grow social into a true engagement and brand lever, backed by a dedicated test-and-learn budget. • Shape how 1.9 million customers and many more prospects experience the brand on social. • Report to the Head of Content & Customer Communications and partner with Brand, Paid Media, PR, Product and CRM. • Visit the London office by the Oxo Tower 2 days a week.

• Bring at least 7 years of social media experience, including owning strategy at a senior level. • Show demonstrable success growing organic or paid social channels against brand and commercial KPIs. • Bring a strong track record of building and scaling influencer, creator or talent partnerships. • Show excellent knowledge of best practice across key social platforms. • Spot reactive content opportunities and turn them around quickly. • Design experiments and measurement frameworks that produce actionable results. • Use AI tools confidently to drive efficiency and productivity. • Show experience managing significant budgets. • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams through strong stakeholder management. • Bring experience coaching, training or managing junior team members. • Be based in the UK and work from the London office 2 days a week.

• Bring experience in financial services. • Show experience growing a social function from the ground up. • Bring experience managing external social or creative agencies. • Show experience building a community on Reddit or LinkedIn for a consumer brand.

• Own and develop the long-term social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Reddit. • Lead social-first content creation that engages customers and reaches new audiences. • Build and run the influencer, creator and talent partnership pipeline with precise targeting. • Design social experiments with robust measurement so results can be scaled with confidence. • Own a dedicated test-and-learn budget and prioritise the highest-impact opportunities. • Manage the internal creative studio and external agencies to scale content creation. • Represent social in cross-functional planning to align go-to-market strategies. • Use a deep understanding of customer segments to shape channel and content strategy. • Champion social best practice and coach team members as the function grows. • Integrate AI tools to improve content production and team productivity.
