CRM Lifecycle Executive

• Join Moneybox, the award-winning UK wealth management platform, in a hybrid role in its London CRM team. • Coordinate a growing range of customer marketing campaigns across more products and features than ever. • Manage the end-to-end customer journey across owned channels such as email, in-app, push and on-platform messaging. • Drive engagement, improve retention and maximise cross-sell for the business. • Work closely with the Wealth, Savings and Homebuying mission teams to personalise the user journey. • Visit the London office by the Oxo Tower 2 days a week.

• Bring at least 3 years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing environment. • Understand HTML and CMS systems. • Show hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in CRM platforms such as Braze. • Turn customer needs and insights into meaningful, actionable strategy. • Build data infrastructure and design experiments with stakeholders to generate insights. • Project manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively. • Take a detail-oriented, diligent and methodical approach. • Stay proactive and organised, and solve problems independently. • Communicate confidently and take feedback on board as a team player. • Be based in the UK and work from the London office 2 days a week.

• Bring experience running CRM for financial services, savings or investment products. • Show experience with segmentation models and personalised lifecycle journeys. • Bring experience running structured A/B testing programmes. • Show experience working with Product and Insight teams on automated communications.

• Execute and iterate end-to-end CRM lifecycle programmes across email, in-app, push and on-platform messaging. • Deliver the lifecycle roadmap across Wealth, Savings and Homebuying with the CRM Lifecycle Manager. • Monitor, evaluate and optimise all lifecycle activity on an ongoing basis. • Use data and segmentation to send targeted messages at the right time through the right channels. • Prepare post-campaign performance reports and recommend actionable improvements. • Plan and run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness. • Work with Marketing, Product and Insight teams to align and execute automated communications.
