💼 What you will do

• Join Spotify's Consumer Marketing team at a time of significant strategic ambition. • Plan and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across culture, music, and content, helping fans connect deeper to the artists and creators they love. • Translate cultural moments and releases into innovative and impactful fan experiences and content. • Lead creative campaign ideation, end-to-end cross-functional campaign leadership, live event and content production, and multi-channel marketing.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 6+ years of experience in marketing within a brand, platform, agency, or publisher environment. • Have hands-on experience delivering live events or experiential campaigns, either directly or through agency partners. • Have experience working on music, entertainment, or culture-focused campaigns. • Understand the music industry, cultural trends, and how audiences engage across platforms. • Be experienced in event and content production, either directly or through agency partners. • Know how to lead cross-functional projects and bring people together to deliver shared outcomes. • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in collaboration with others. • Be comfortable working in fast-moving environments and navigating ambiguity. • Care about details and stay organised while managing multiple priorities. • Bring creativity and curiosity, and enjoy turning ideas into impactful campaigns. • Take initiative and follow through, even when timelines are tight.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have experience marketing across podcasts and audiobooks as well as music. • Have experience with large-scale event production and cultural activations. • Have experience working with analytics teams to measure and optimise campaign performance. • Have experience in the UK and Ireland media landscape specifically. • Have experience with social and content-led marketing strategies.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across music, culture, and content that deepen fan connections with artists and creators. • Lead the execution of live and experiential activations that connect fans and artists in meaningful, real-world ways. • Develop strategic marketing plans for key releases, brand campaigns, and cultural moments, including large-scale events and content productions. • Collaborate across brand, creative, social, communications, media, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life end-to-end. • Translate cultural insights, audience behaviour, and trends into innovative campaign ideas and fan experiences. • Contribute to broader marketing strategies across music, podcasts, and audiobooks. • Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and continuously optimise impact and reach. • Lead cross-functional campaign execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and high-quality delivery.
