📋 Job Requirements
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics or Engineering, or bring equivalent experience.

• Show experience delivering complex data projects, backed by a portfolio of your work.
• Use data visualisation tools such as Looker or Power BI confidently.
• Work with large, messy datasets to extract valuable insights.
• Explain complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive projects from inception to completion with strong project management skills.

• Line manage two mid and junior analysts in collaboration with the Data Team Lead.
• Extract, clean and analyse complex datasets using advanced SQL.
• Lead data-driven projects from objectives and methodology through to findings and recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and build analytical solutions.
• Design and document curated data warehouse tables for the Data Engineering team to implement.
• Define metrics for business monitoring at different levels.
• Create clear data visualisations and reports for stakeholders at all levels.
• Support ad-hoc analysis covering auditing, marketing campaigns and customer segmentation.
• Help set new standards for dashboards, reports and insights.
