Senior Support Engineer, EU

• Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in developer support or engineering roles. • Debug complex JavaScript, TypeScript and modern web apps such as Next.js. • Show success owning complex issues independently from diagnosis to resolution. • Reason across frontend, APIs and infrastructure with strong debugging instincts. • Stay calm and empathetic under pressure. • Lift those around you through collaboration, clear communication and informal mentorship. • Improve systems, documentation and processes rather than just closing requests. • Take part in a paid on-call rotation for high-severity incidents. • Be based in the UK or Ireland.

• Bring hands-on experience with Sanity or another headless CMS. • Show experience supporting enterprise customers through implementations. • Bring experience writing developer documentation or guides. • Show experience building internal support tooling.

• Own and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers. • Lead investigations into ambiguous or high-severity issues and communicate clearly during incidents. • Build minimal reproductions, reusable code snippets and structured issue reports. • Mentor other Support Engineers on complex issues. • Surface patterns to Product and Engineering to influence improvements. • Write and improve documentation, guides and self-serve resources. • Improve support infrastructure, tooling and workflows. • Take part in community support rotations.
