Senior Manager, Solution Engineering EMEA

• Join Sanity, the AI-powered Content Operating System, as Senior Manager of Solution Engineering for EMEA. • Own EMEA as your region, with full responsibility for the Solution Engineering team’s success. • Work as a player-coach who hires, develops and leads SEs while getting hands-on in the biggest deals. • Run discovery, tailored demos, POVs and architecture reviews that connect Sanity to business outcomes. • Help companies such as SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games and Anthropic power their content operations. • Work remotely from the UK, reporting to the Senior Director of Solution Engineering.

• Bring experience managing or leading a Solutions Engineering or Presales team in B2B SaaS. • Show experience selling technical, composable, headless or API-first platforms such as CMS or DXP. • Discuss APIs, data models, front-end frameworks, integrations and modern architecture confidently. • Show a track record of improving team performance through coaching and hands-on deal support. • Communicate clearly, from deep technical detail to executive-level value stories. • Lead collaboratively with high integrity and a focus on developing others. • Use AI tools fluently across evaluations, architecture conversations and daily work.

• Know content workflows, editorial tooling or digital experience stacks. • Bring experience selling developer-facing platforms in the modern content stack. • Show experience building demo environments, collateral or evaluation guides. • Bring experience with forecasting and technical win-rate reporting.

• Manage, coach and develop Solution Engineers across EMEA, including hiring and ramping. • Run regular 1:1s and deal reviews. • Get hands-on in the team’s highest-impact opportunities from discovery through close. • Reinforce Sanity’s presales motions across discovery, demos, POVs and security reviews. • Coach SEs to turn technical capability into business outcomes. • Drive consistent use of AI tools to cut cycle time without losing quality. • Own regional forecasting, pipeline hygiene and technical win-rate reporting. • Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing and share field feedback. • Improve demo environments, collateral and evaluation guides for the region.
