Strategy & Operations Manager

• Hold at least a 2:1 degree from a top university. • Bring 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment. • Bring experience coding with SQL, Python, or R. • Show a solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end. • Break complex problems into smaller ones. • Enjoy working with data. • Bring natural curiosity and a will to make an impact. • Bring an interest in the financial industry.

• Bring experience managing vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems. • Bring experience developing supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms. • Bring experience prioritising a project portfolio and setting timelines against it. • Bring experience from consultancy, a startup, or another hyper-growth business. • Bring an eye for product features that smooth out the customer experience.
