💼 What you will do

• Join Tripadvisor, the travel group behind Tripadvisor, Viator and TheFork, in a hybrid role in London. • Drive operational momentum within Tripadvisor’s Travel Experiences using AI tools and automation. • Keep key experience initiatives on track and monitor AI-driven support workflows. • Deliver clear, executive-ready updates to leadership. • Remove friction across the traveller journey, from booking tours to on-the-ground support. • Visit the London office 2 to 3 days a week.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 2–4 years in customer operations, CX project management or travel tech operations. • Show hands-on experience with AI-driven customer service platforms such as Zendesk AI, Intercom or Salesforce. • Bring experience building workflow automations. • Drive cross-functional accountability and clear project bottlenecks. • Keep high-stakes deliverables moving to schedule. • Communicate exceptionally well in writing and in person. • Turn complex operational data into digestible business updates. • Bring a passion for travel and a deep understanding of traveller pain points. • Commute to the London office 2 to 3 days a week.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring prior experience in travel, hospitality or marketplace platforms. • Show experience deploying generative AI features or automated chat resolution systems. • Hold a project management certification such as CAPM, Scrum Master or PMP coursework. • Bring experience in a fast-paced tech, startup or rapidly scaling environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead operational reporting for leadership, turning traveller sentiment, support analytics and AI bot performance into concise updates. • Track and manage AI-driven projects, including automated traveller triage and AI copilot tools for support agents. • Oversee self-service knowledge bases for tours, attractions and activities. • Monitor project timelines across Support, Engineering, Product and Supply so initiatives launch on schedule. • Spot operational friction in support ticketing and use AI automation to cut response times. • Keep front-line support teams trained and aligned on new AI processes. • Maintain clear standard operating procedures.
