Solar & EV Delivery Advisor

• Join So Energy’s Energy Independence team as a Solar & EV Delivery Advisor, working hybrid from Chiswick, London. • Deliver technically sound, compliant solar, battery and EV charger installations for customers. • Interpret survey data and create final designs and quotes. • Manage installation logistics for a smooth, successful customer experience. • Balance excellent customer outcomes with commercial needs. • Help the UK on its journey to a Net Zero future.

• Understand renewable energy systems, including EV chargers, solar PV and battery storage. • Bring experience designing and managing domestic installations of EV chargers, solar PV, inverters and batteries. • Turn survey data and photos into final EV charger designs. • Focus on delivering a great customer experience every time. • Work well under pressure and solve problems on the fly. • Show outstanding organisational and project management skills. • Use IT systems confidently. • Hold the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship isn’t available.

• Bring experience making Distribution Network Operator (DNO) applications. • Show experience managing purchase orders, sales orders or invoices. • Bring experience working with installer networks. • Show experience supporting month-end financial checks and reporting.

• Deliver world-class customer service to the highest quality. • Interpret partner survey data and liaise with customers about property details. • Create final quotes and installation briefs for the installer network. • Submit applications to the Distribution Network Operator. • Give technical advice by phone and email. • Make sure installations are completed successfully and issues are resolved. • Protect pricing accuracy and margin, and help hit sales targets. • Support purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and month-end checks.
